Services

We Run Elections - We provide election services to Home Owners Associations and other groups as a fundraiser for our organization to help with organizational expenses and voter services costs. We charge a fee for our election services. The services are in two-tier levels.

• Full or partial service. (Level may include printing and mailing your ballots, overseeing election day, consulting on certain process, certifying count, etc.)
• Limited observational services. (We generally will not certify the election, but act as observers to your election, attending election day, observing the count of ballots, etc. Or we act as counters for what we determine to be very simple elections.)

Candidate Forums � The League of Women Voters candidate forums are done with professionalism in order to maintain an atmosphere of civility to ensure voters have the opportunity to learn about the candidates. Moderators � Already have a forum or meeting planned, but need an independent moderator? The League can help. League moderating procedures are designed to sustain a productive environment.

Ballot Proposition Forums � In addition to our Voters Guide to the Ballot Propositions publication, League members will come to your organization or meeting to explain what each ballot proposition does and how it will affect residents. We do request plenty of time to find a speaker to suit your time and location, so please do give advance notice. Call 480-966-9031 or email us.
